extremely bright
I replaced my mag-lite with the fl-h1 after its first patrol. I have the rest of my dept. buying this light too. It's bright, weighs less than my mag-lite, and comes with rechargeable batteries and a wall/car car charger. Oh, and you can't beat the price for this quality and warranty.
more than what I thought
This light kicks the crap out of surefire and maglite. I have taken this thing camping multiple times and done few hunting trips too. I like the different mode settings, I think I had it on low for like a total of 24 hours before it died! The highest brightness is insane, it will literally blind you for a second it you look directly at it. I dropped this thing in a bucket of water and it didn't miss a beat.

I bought this light for my son for graduating eagle scouts. Bright and lightweight. With a car charger and wall charger you never have to worry about buying new batteries. He loves it and now his hunting buddies own one too.
